Client Advisor - Somerset

As a Client Advisor at TAG Heuer's Somerset boutique, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and safeguarding company assets while meeting personal sales goals.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets using product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain a client book and follow up with clients to meet clienteling sales goals.
• Assist the Boutique Manager with store marketing initiatives.
• Provide superior customer service and greet all customers.
• Offer assistance and answer customer questions, providing alternate products if needed.
• Process customer repairs and send thank you notes post-purchase.
• Adhere to store operational procedures, including inventory management and facility maintenance.
• Open and close the store in the absence of the Boutique Manager.

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Previous clienteling experience.
• Ability to learn and convey technical product information.
• Proficiency in typing and email communication.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
