Summary
Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service at the South Coast Plaza location, reporting to the Store Manager. Drive sales through client outreach, appointments, consignments and in-store engagement while maintaining product knowledge and brand standards. Support store operations including visual presentation, opening and closing procedures and inventory activities.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach
- Use brand selling techniques including cross-selling multiple selling and upselling to maximize transaction value
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and update client profiles regularly
- Stay current on product knowledge and collections through training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing tasks such as cycle counts and light cleaning
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation signage and lighting
- Support in-store events and brand initiatives to drive client engagement
- Work scheduled shifts including closings weekends holiday season and annual inventory
- Perform light lifting and use ladders as needed for merchandising
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferably in luxury retail
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional polished appearance and customer oriented mindset
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Willingness to work closing shifts at least three times weekly and scheduled weekends
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift small packages regularly
