Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. The role focuses on in-store and digital selling using technology to drive sales and provide expert styling advice. This position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in person and digitally to build long term relationships
• Provide expert styling and product knowledge to guide purchases
• Utilize digital tools social media and store technology for outreach and selling
• Use omni channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize personal business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive collaborative work environment with colleagues

Requirements

• Experience in styling fashion and fashion retail
• Commission sales experience with proven sales results
• Comfortable using technology and digital selling tools
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
