Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling
• Drive sales through personalized service and product knowledge
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure merchandise is well presented
• Process transactions and handle cash wrap duties
• Support inventory management and receive stock
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays
• Collaborate with team to meet store sales goals
• Participate in store meetings and trainings as required

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in womens ready to wear
• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
