Ft Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional in-store client experiences by providing thoughtful styling recommendations and deep product knowledge to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. They leverage digital tools and clienteling to grow personal business and support store performance. This role also contributes to team development, visual standards, and store initiatives while meeting individual KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and styling recommendations to meet client needs.
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs (SPH, data capture, outreach).
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors and participate in team training and development.
• Maintain store visual standards and support merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and assist in talent sourcing and hiring.
• Adapt selling approach for in-person and remote customers and leverage digital channels.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume, specialty, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with an ability to build relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools preferred.
