Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor in the Newport Beach store you will provide personalized styling and sales support, presenting and educating customers on fit, construction, and product options. You will build relationships to increase client loyalty and participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop product and styling expertise. The role requires enthusiastic customer engagement and meeting personal and store sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop expertise and meet brand standards
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales targets and metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships through the brand's Radically Personal program
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards and perform other duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling with strong personal style
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
