Summary

The Watches & Fine Jewelry Advisor provides a superior level of in-store client service, driving client conversion, retention and business revenue at the South Coast Plaza boutique. This role supports the full client experience from initial engagement through follow-up, repairs and alterations while working collaboratively with the boutique leadership and sales team. The Advisor champions the brand, inspires client loyalty, and consistently exceeds sales expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm and courteous service throughout the client journey.
• Support the boutique team during selling ceremonies to drive product and brand success.
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Manage intake of repairs and alterations and maintain consistent client communication regarding service status.
• Collaborate with team members and boutique leadership to meet sales goals and deliver elevated client experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in luxury retail or a relevant client-facing role such as hospitality.
• Proven success achieving sales goals and working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient knowledge of South Coast Plaza and surrounding communities.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Passion for luxury product, brand heritage, and a service-minded approach to client experience.
