Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Client Advisor will join Loewe's South Coast Plaza boutique to build and maintain client relationships within the luxury market while achieving sales objectives. This in-store role emphasizes exceptional, personalized customer service, deep product knowledge, and contribution to the store's visual and operational standards. The advisor will use CRM tools, support inventory and shipping tasks, and promote events to drive sales and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs.
• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
• Apply deep knowledge of Loewe products and brand heritage to advise clients.
• Use CRM tools to record customer information and enable personalized follow-up and marketing.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and support shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Contribute to visual presentation and uphold brand image standards.
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and manage client communications.

Requirements

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
