Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional in-store client service to drive conversion, retention, and sales at the Fashion Island boutique. The role uses fashion expertise to inspire clients, build long-term relationships, and represent the brand with professionalism and warmth. This is a full-time, front-of-house position requiring in-person presence to support client sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service to optimize the client experience.
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Coordinate repairs and alterations intake and maintain follow-up with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to meet business objectives and drive revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
