Summary
The Client Advisor delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales through product knowledge and strong operational skills. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales goals, and supporting store operations to uphold brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales goals and meet critical metrics and CRM requirements
- Build and maintain client books and manage customer correspondence and follow through
- Provide customer service including assisting with repairs special orders and returns
- Use POS system accurately and update customer database and inventory functions
- Participate in stocking restocking and regular store maintenance tasks
- Assist with opening and closing the store and attend morning team meetings as needed
- Support visual merchandising standards with direction from VM corporate and management
- Participate in training new Client Advisors and prepare for monthly team meetings
- Adhere to loss prevention health and safety and store policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience; luxury retail preferred
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs and perform physical store tasks
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Foreign language skills and ready to learn product knowledge preferred
