Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and develop meaningful client relationships.
- Utilize CRM to collect customer data and manage an accurate client book with regular contact and follow up.
- Support visual presentation and maintain store image standards and housekeeping.
- Record all customer information accurately in the database and promote store events.
- Assist with shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace and meet KPIs.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Team oriented with strong collaboration skills and adaptability to customer needs.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
