Summary
Performance-driven salesperson responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering memorable in-boutique experiences while representing the brand and developing long-term client relationships. Supports boutique operations, leverages omnichannel tools for clienteling, and contributes to merchandising and event initiatives. Ensures operational excellence through adherence to retail procedures and accurate use of sales and clienteling systems.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through client discovery, presentation, upselling, and closing.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships using clienteling tools and outreach activities.
- Promote brand story, product knowledge, and technical details to build trust and drive sales.
- Support daily retail operations including inventory, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing.
- Utilize digital tools and systems such as CEGID and Salesforce for sales and client management.
- Contribute to visual merchandising including window animation and product presentation.
- Coordinate aftersales processes and follow through until product return.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support team performance and boutique initiatives.
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation standards representing the Maison in and outside the store.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail.
- Knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, and product collections.
- Fluent in English and local language; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven selling skills including client discovery, storytelling, and handling objections.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ASP, and mix.
- Familiarity with front and back retail tools and digital systems.
- Client-centric attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, and team oriented.
