Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and creates memorable, elevated experiences for clients. This role develops lasting client relationships, grows sales, and supports store commercial targets through personalized service and product discovery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to foster loyalty, repeat business, and outreach sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences using personalized service and hospitality.
• Capture client information, leverage feedback, and identify opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
• Recommend products and style clients based on their wardrobe and needs.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or another client-facing field.
• Track record of achieving commercial results and ability to connect with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and client-tracking systems, as well as Microsoft Outlook or email.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• College or university degree and proficiency in multiple languages are preferred.
