Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand through warm, memorable client interactions during the holiday season. They support sales and store operations by assisting clients, maintaining hospitality and sales areas, and helping complete purchases.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, delivering personalized service and a memorable experience.
• Support hospitality amenities, engraving, floor waiting lists, and communication about client service issues.
• Assist the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing supplies, and point-of-sale functions after purchase decisions.
• Help the operations team with procedures, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience, including hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with a diverse client base, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
