As a Client Advisor Stylist at Royal Hawaiian, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for providing personalized styling services and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long-term client relationships.
• Engage proactively with existing and potential clients to deliver the Valentino Couture Service.
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and curate looks for clients.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities, including returns and repairs.
• Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold store presentation standards and operations.
• Use POS system to perform client transactions and execute operational tasks.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and MS Office Programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
