Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Tag Heuer in Houston, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's DNA and building long-lasting connections with clients both in and outside the boutique.

• Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration with team members.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Leverage omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences.
• Develop and propose new ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and events.
• Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, representing Tag Heuer at events and in the boutique.
• Achieve individual clienteling objectives and ensure qualitative client data collection.
• Contribute to daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with retail and administrative processes.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
• Strong selling skills, including client discovery and product presentation.
• Understanding of sales KPIs and digital tools.
• Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
• Ability to represent the brand with integrity and transparency.
