Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals by building meaningful client relationships, tailoring in-store experiences, and maintaining client books using in-house clienteling tools and systems. Support store operations, uphold brand standards, and participate in training and team activities.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries and requests
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Use POS and inventory systems accurately and update customer database
- Participate in stocking and store maintenance tasks
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and grooming standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties and participate in team meetings
- Support visual merchandising standards and loss prevention policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience, luxury retail preferred
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use POS and inventory management functions
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
- High school diploma minimum
- Foreign language skills and ready to work in a collaborative team environment
