Deliver exceptional luxury retail service as a Client Advisor, embodying the brand in every client interaction and building lasting client relationships to drive sales and loyalty. The role focuses on providing memorable in-store experiences, meeting commercial targets, and cultivating repeat business through clienteling and individualized appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide the brand selling experience using a personalized client approach.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow outreach business and repeat sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver elevated client experiences and hospitality during appointments and in-store visits.
• Drive sales through key product pillars and by converting clients through discovery and styling.
• Act on client feedback and NPS insights to improve the in-store experience.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record achieving commercial sales results.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and build relationships.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree and multilingual skills preferred.
