Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury client service by embodying the brand and delivering personalized experiences that deepen client relationships and drive sales. Use strong communication and entrepreneurial skills to cultivate new and repeat business while supporting store commercial targets. Maintain professionalism, flexibility for nontraditional hours, and proficiency with POS and client tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients to deliver memorable in-store experiences using the brand service approach.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS and tracking systems.
  • Convert clients through discovery and personalized appointments.
  • Drive business through key product pillars and selling ceremonies.
  • Act on client feedback and NPS insights to improve the client experience.
  • Support store hospitality and amenities to create unique client moments.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client service roles such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver personalized service.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • College degree and multilingual ability preferred.
