Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor, you will deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build lasting client relationships while driving sales at the Scottsdale boutique. You will use clienteling and appointment-based selling to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly commercial targets. The role requires strong communication, an entrepreneurial mindset, and proficiency with point-of-sale and client tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Embody the brand and deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction.
• Develop and cultivate client relationships and capture client data to drive repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and personalized appointments.
• Drive business through key product pillars and targeted outreach.
• Elevate the in-store experience by optimizing hospitality, amenities, and acting on NPS feedback.
• Style clients by connecting product to their wardrobe and lifestyle.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Ability to connect with clients and build rapport.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
