Operations Professional

Summary

The Operations Professional manages back-of-house retail operations at the Tiffany store in Scottsdale, ensuring inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and adherence to internal controls. This role supports sales and service by coordinating shipping, receiving, repairs, merchandising, and customer follow-up, and may act as manager on duty when leadership is unavailable. The position partners with sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all back-of-house operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and transfer of merchandise
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with internal control procedures
• Clean and prepare jewelry, accept and document jewelry repairs, and ensure merchandise presentation
• Act as key holder and manager on duty when needed, coordinating store opening/closing and operational activities
• Support sales by collecting customer data, assisting client service activities, and driving key product pillars
• Partner and communicate with Sales Professionals and Management to respond to client requests and follow up promptly
• Assist management with coordinating work, mentoring team members, and providing feedback to improve processes

Requirements

• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Organized, flexible, and able to perform a variety of tasks based on business needs
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Preferred: college/university degree and Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework
