Provide exceptional luxury client service by embodying the brand in every interaction, develop and maintain client relationships, and drive sales through personalized appointments and clienteling. Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver memorable client experiences using a signature selling approach
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems
- Conduct client appointments with curiosity and product knowledge to convert sales
- Drive business through key product pillars and proactive outreach
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in store experience
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client facing roles such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results
- Strong communication and ability to connect with diverse clients
- Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking systems, and email
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including weekends and holidays
- College degree and language proficiency preferred
