Client Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail service representing the brand, build and nurture client relationships, and drive store sales through elevated client experiences and consistent achievement of commercial targets. Deliver memorable in-store moments, utilize clienteling techniques and operate POS and client tracking systems while working flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador delivering personalized service and the company selling approach.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Create elevated in-store experiences and hospitality to enhance client satisfaction.
• Convert clients through curiosity discovery and styling during appointments.
• Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service and events.
• Drive sales through key product pillars and proactive outreach.

Requirements

• Experience in retail luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and build trust.
• Proficiency with POS client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook.
• Flexibility to work non traditional hours including days nights weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree and multilingual skills preferred.
