Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver the Tiffany Experience to each client by embodying the brand and creating memorable in-store moments. Build and deepen client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalized service to drive lifetime loyalty and sales. Consistently work to meet or exceed store commercial targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany brand and deliver exceptional client experiences using the Tiffany Touch.
• Develop and cultivate client relationships, capture client data, and grow repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Drive sales through curiosity-driven discovery and focus on key product pillars.
• Convert clients and close sales during appointments and in-store interactions.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create elevated client experiences and act on NPS feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving commercial results and building client relationships.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and connect with clients to style and advise.
• Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; a college degree and proficiency in multiple languages are preferred.
