Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver the brand experience through exceptional client interactions, build and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Meet commercial targets while providing elevated in-store service and personalized styling.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients using brand standards to create memorable in-store experiences.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and clienteling systems.
• Convert client interactions into sales through discovery and product knowledge.
• Support store hospitality and amenities to enhance the client experience.
• Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email applications.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree and proficiency in additional languages preferred.
