Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and hospitality. They assist clients throughout the purchase process and enhance the in-store experience to support both sales and service. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with operational and merchandising support to ensure smooth store operations during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, creating personalized and memorable experiences.
• Support sales floor operations including POS transactions, boxing and wrapping purchases, and replenishing supplies.
• Manage waiting lists and hospitality areas, ensuring they are clean and well stocked.
• Assist engraving station, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.
• Communicate service issues to management and support after-sales servicing procedures.

Requirements

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and adhere to store operational policies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
