Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Vacheron Constantin in Dallas, TX, you will play a crucial role in building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as an Ambassador of the Maison, achieving sales targets and developing a client portfolio.

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
• Cultivate strong client relationships both inside and outside the boutique.
• Proactively develop new and existing clientele.
• Focus on high-value and bespoke sales, especially Les Cabinotiers clientele.
• Provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
• Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales.
• Maintain brand's high standards.
• Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
• Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
• Participate in inventories and cycle counts.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
• General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Self-starter with a team-player approach.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
