Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver a personalized, premium boutique experience while building lasting client relationships and achieving sales goals. Represent the Maison through expert storytelling about its collections, craftsmanship, and heritage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, provide product expertise, and guide them through the sales experience.
• Build client relationships by accurately recording client information and following up on opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, support boutique events, and assist with after-sales service.
• Maintain knowledge of collections, industry developments, and competitors.
• Follow security and operational procedures and assist with boutique setup, merchandising, maintenance, and inventory.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of or interest in timepiece movements.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and work collaboratively.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
