Summary
Provide a luxury client experience by driving sales through personalized service and strong client relationships at the Valley Fair location. Deliver Valentino Couture service across all client interactions while supporting store operations and visual merchandising standards. Maintain CRM engagement and achieve sales and KPI targets through proactive clienteling and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Create long term client relationships by mastering the client journey and engaging proactively with clientele.
- Deliver personalized Valentino Couture service during preparation, welcome, presentation, closing and farewell.
- Use CRM tools to capture client data, conduct personalized reach out campaigns and meet CRM targets.
- Curate looks and advise clients across brand categories using current fashion and seasonal trend knowledge.
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences, organizing merchandise and creating a welcoming environment.
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs and customer service issues.
- Support product maintenance and replenishment, know warehouse stock and restock shelves to maximize sales.
- Partner with the team to uphold store presentation standards and liaise with Visual team for displays.
- Operate POS for client transactions and perform operational tasks such as shipping and receiving when needed.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPIs.
- Strong client relationship building and communication skills.
- Computer skills to operate retail POS and MS Office programs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
