Client Advisor Visual Expert

As a Client Advisor - Visual Expert at Loewe in Chicago, you will be responsible for building client relationships within the luxury market and achieving sales goals through company values. You will maintain visual standards and collaborate with the VM corporate team to execute floor changes and manage immediate visual merchandising needs.

• Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and build meaningful relationships.
• Exceed individual KPI targets with top-tier customer service.
• Utilize CRM tools for personalized client engagement.
• Foster collaboration and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure organized sales floor and stockroom per company policy.
• Contribute to visual presentation of products adhering to standards.
• Uphold company image standards and guidelines.
• Record customer information accurately in the database.
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
• Address client-related issues including shipping and alterations.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
• Liaison with Visual Merchandising team for accurate representation.
• Provide coaching and training for consistent product knowledge and visual execution.
• Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements and trends.
• Support instore events, windows, special projects, and installations.
• Biweekly reporting to line manager and VM team.

• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and space utilization.
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building relationships.
• Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.
• Willingness to work nights and overnights.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Team-oriented mindset and desire to collaborate effectively.
• Adaptability to different customer needs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language knowledge a plus.
