- Provide coaching and training for consistent product knowledge and visual execution.
- Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements and trends.
- Support instore events, windows, special projects, and installations.
- Biweekly reporting to line manager and VM team.
Requirements- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and space utilization.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building relationships.
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.
- Willingness to work nights and overnights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset and desire to collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability to different customer needs.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge a plus.
