Client Advisor - Visual Expert - Miami Design District

Summary

Client Advisor - Visual Expert responsible for building luxury client relationships while achieving individual and store sales targets and maintaining visual standards at the Miami Design District location. Role partners with the visual merchandising team to execute floor changes, oversee VM standards implementation, and manage immediate visual needs during the business day.

Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
• Use CRM tools to gather customer data and maintain an accurate client book.
• Partner with VM corporate team to facilitate and execute floor changes and visual standards.
• Support instore events, windows, pop ups, installations and special projects.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom according to company policy.
• Record customer information and follow up on sales, events and inquiries.
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
• Provide coaching training and feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge and visual execution.

Requirements

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser and crafting windows and interior displays.
• History of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
• Willingness to work nights overnights and a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Team oriented mindset with strong desire to collaborate effectively.
• High adaptability to cater to different customer needs.
