Client Advisor - Waikiki

As a Client Advisor at Gucci Waikiki, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, meeting their individual needs and expectations, and serving as a Gucci Ambassador. You will create a branded, luxury client experience that conveys passion for the brand.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring high levels of customer service and quality sales.
• Capture meaningful customer data for client relationship building and future development opportunities.
• Maintain an organized client book and provide appropriate follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
• Work as a team player, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive working environment.
• Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
• Contribute to upholding the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
• Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar role or customer service setting.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
