Client Advisor, Watch Specialist - The Landmark

Summary

The Watch Specialist represents the brand and delivers elevated client experiences at The Landmark. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives sales in the watch category, and shares product expertise with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and grow client loyalty through personalized service and follow-up.
• Develop new and existing category-specific client relationships, maintain client records, and drive repeat business.
• Share watch product knowledge, competitor insights, and market trends with clients and colleagues.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences, uphold service standards, and partner with store leadership to support merchandise standards and category performance.

Requirements

• Retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience, including experience in timepieces or watches and jewelry.
• Demonstrated sales results and ability to serve a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and client-tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook or email.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; college degree, gemology coursework or certification, and multilingual skills are preferred.
