As a Client Advisor in Womens Ready-to-Wear at our San Antonio location, you will build and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personal engagement. You will serve clients both in-store and digitally, becoming their trusted style confidante.

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge.
• Utilize technology and wardrobing to improve sales and showcase products differently for remote or in-person clients.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize to increase individual productivity through outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
