Client Advisor - Woodbury Common Premium Outlets

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for driving sales and building lasting client relationships at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets boutique. Use product knowledge to meet individual and store sales and consignment goals while maintaining the store image and providing exceptional service. The role includes maintaining and expanding a client book, promoting store events, and supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and average transaction value
• Maintain and expand a client book; capture and enter relevant customer information and consistently follow up on client needs
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Support shipping, receiving, alterations, inventory control, and general store housekeeping
• Adhere to company policies and contribute to maintaining the store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales; luxury retail experience preferred
• Computer literate and able to learn and use various software packages
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Service-oriented with a passion for luxury product and strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
