Summary
Provide exceptional luxury client service to drive sales and build long term relationships by delivering the Valentino couture service across the full client journey. Support styling, merchandising and daily store operations while achieving CRM and sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Create personalized client experiences from welcome through closing and follow up.
- Proactively engage existing and potential clientele and execute clienteling campaigns.
- Maintain product knowledge and curate looks based on fashion trends and client needs.
- Prepare for appointments by researching preferences and organizing merchandise.
- Perform sales transactions using POS and capture qualitative client data in CRM.
- Assist with merchandise replenishment, visual standards and stock management.
- Support sales aftercare including returns, repairs and complaint handling.
- Collaborate with store team and visual team to uphold presentation and operational standards.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPIs.
- Strong customer relationship building and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with POS systems and MS Office programs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Action oriented with drive for results and problem solving skills.
- Team player; foreign language skills are a plus.
