Summary
The Client Advisor is a luxury retail sales professional responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales and loyalty, and representing the brand at the Wynn Hotel and Resort. This role focuses on personalized clienteling, product knowledge, and achieving individual and store KPIs while maintaining shopfloor standards and company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, providing exceptional personalized service and product knowledge
- Seize cross-selling opportunities across product categories to maximize sales
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPI performance
- Uphold shopfloor standards, visual merchandising, stock procedures and cash handling
- Participate in clienteling initiatives and store events to strengthen loyalty
- Foster teamwork and positive working environment through open communication
- Follow company grooming standards and operational guidelines
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages regularly
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed sales KPIs
- Genuine interest in fashion with strong luxury product knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication and selling skills
- Client centric approach with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to use digital retail tools and CRM effectively
- Capacity to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods and perform light lifting
