The Client Advisor at a luxury boutique engages clients to drive sales and deliver exceptional service, reporting to the Store Manager and contributing to store performance through outreach, appointments, and in-store initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Develop new clients via consignments and proactive outreach
- Utilize client journey and selling techniques to maximize transactions
- Establish and maintain client profiles and relationships
- Maintain high level of product knowledge on collections
- Assist with store opening and closing tasks and cycle counts
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation and signage
- Receive and act on feedback to support continuous improvement
- Work scheduled shifts including closings, weekends, inventory, and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years previous retail sales or customer service experience, luxury retail preferred
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional polished appearance and team-oriented attitude
- Capacity to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Availability for closing shifts at least three times weekly and specified weekend coverage
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Commitment to company policies and respectful workplace conduct
