Client Advisor - Wynn

Summary

Provide high level clienteling and sales support at the Wynn boutique, meeting individual and store sales and consignment goals while maintaining the store image and supporting operational tasks. Use product knowledge and service orientation to maximize transaction value and expand a client book in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales units and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up on client issues
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
• Perform general housekeeping to uphold the store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury
• Business school, university, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software programs
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Tech savvy and able to utilize clienteling tools
• Foreign languages are a plus
