The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering outstanding client service and achieving individual sales goals. The role builds meaningful client relationships through product expertise and a strategic, client-centric approach while contributing to boutique performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Develop strong, lasting client relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Use product expertise and selling ceremonies to support client needs and achieve individual sales goals.
• Follow store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for business results and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate required store and office equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
