Client Advisor - Yorkdale

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Yorkdale you will embody the Tiffany brand and deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service and presentation. You will build and deepen client relationships, drive sales through clienteling and repeat business, and consistently work to meet or exceed store commercial targets. The role requires strong communication, an entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to creating memorable moments for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and cultivate repeat business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets and drive business through key product pillars.
• Conduct client appointments using the Tiffany Touch to convert and grow sales opportunities.
• Elevate the in-store experience by optimizing hospitality, amenities, and acting on client feedback and NPS performance.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays and ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook; authorization to work in Canada.
• College or university degree and proficiency in multiple languages are preferred.
