Seasonal Sales Support - Yorkdale

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand during the holiday season, delivering memorable client experiences on the sales floor. You will support sales and hospitality needs, assist with point-of-sale and gifting tasks, and help maintain store operations. This role also involves assisting with engraving, inventory, and special projects to ensure an exceptional client journey.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, providing service aligned with the brand standards
• Support hospitality areas and amenities, keeping them stocked, orderly and clean
• Assist with engraving station, boxing, wrapping and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
• Manage floor waiting lists and communicate service issues to management
• Perform POS functions after purchase and assist operations with policies and after-sales servicing
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Previous retail, luxury retail or client-facing experience (hospitality experience considered)
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in Canada
