Job Description

Summary

Serve as an ambassador of the brand by delivering exceptional client service and managing client care processes including intake, repair tracking, and follow up. Support store teams by coaching on service offerings and collaborating with Operations to ensure efficient back of house routines. Maintain strong relationships with clients to create a cherished and consistent luxury experience.

Responsibilities

  • Discover client needs and cultivate trusting relationships
  • Guide clients through intake repair and follow up processes
  • Champion client services and coach store teams on offerings
  • Provide updates to clients at all stages of the repair process
  • Work with Operations to define smooth back of house processes
  • Ensure clients feel valued and understood at every step
  • Maintain accurate client records and communications

Requirements

  • Previous experience in client service or retail luxury environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions in a fast paced setting
  • Organized with attention to detail for tracking repairs and follow up
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Customer centric mindset and professional presentation
