Client Care Associate - Rodeo

Louis Vuitton is seeking an organized, motivated Client Care Associate for our Rodeo Drive location. As a Client Care Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special and strong focus on Service; you will ensure that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise.

• Discover Clients and their every need, guide them in every aspect of Client Care and cultivate trusting relationships.
• Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach all teams to make the difference with every Client.
• Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow up process to set clear expectations.
• Ensure Clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to an overall rewarding client experience.
• Work as a business partner with the Operations team to define smooth Back Of House processes and routine to support the Client Experience.

• 3+ years of experience in a client-centric role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate clients effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and skill to contribute to the success and strong heritage of the brand.
