Responsibilities
- Manage after care services and follow up with clients at all stages of the repair process
- Communicate intake, repair, and follow-up processes to set clear client expectations
- Explore options and recommendations tailored to client needs and company standards
- Master brand technological aspects, processes, and procedures related to client care
- Work with Operations to define smooth back of house processes and routines
- Perform inventory management related to client service items
- Participate in quality control to ensure service standards are met
- Champion client satisfaction and elevate the overall client experience
