Summary

Organized and motivated Client Care Associate responsible for delivering exceptional service and representing the brand promise. Acts as the voice of Client Services in store, guiding clients through intake, repair, and follow up while partnering with Operations to support seamless back of house processes.

Responsibilities

• Discover client needs and build trusting relationships
• Educate clients on intake repair and follow up processes
• Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process
• Champion all client services offered by the store
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Partner with Operations to define back of house routines
• Act as an ambassador of the brand and its service standards
