Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and ensure a welcoming experience
• Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments based on client needs
• Attend to client questions and assist with service coordination
• Use product knowledge to address retail inquiries
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers
• Maintain organization of client information and schedules
• Learn and use computer applications for bookings and records
