Summary
Regional Client Development Manager responsible for growing Made-to-Measure and Men’s Ready to Wear business across the East Coast. Serve as a métier and market specialist partnering with boutiques, CRM, and merchandising to drive sales, oversee MTM and bespoke programs, and ensure exceptional client experience through pre and after sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive MRTW and MTM sales for the East Coast region.
- Provide technical MTM expertise and advise clients on fabric, style, and fit with tailors.
- Partner with boutiques, MTM specialists, master tailors, and ambassadors to support service delivery.
- Organize and host MRTW and MTM trainings and store workshops with Learning and Development.
- Attend and support Men’s events, trunk shows, and store animations to elevate client experience.
- Communicate with MTM métier in Paris, relay client feedback, and manage MTM and bespoke orders.
- Collaborate with CRM to identify and host clients for international events and fashion shows.
- Analyze competitor landscape and monitor regional performance to align strategies.
- Manage annual T&E budget and approve orders as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of made-to-measure or custom clothing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Deep interest in luxury fashion and passion for MTM and bespoke programs.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance.
