Responsibilities- Be a role model for the company culture, ensuring a World Class Client Experience for every client.
- Promote a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in the showroom.
- Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking.
- Welcome clients in a timely manner and use CRM to facilitate unique experiences.
- Probe clients to discover likes and dislikes to personalize each experience.
- Support all aspects of the client experience and prioritize clients' needs.
- Maintain showroom housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Complete all training requirements and attend departmental meetings.
- Recommend changes to improve efficiency and ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Complete all duties as assigned by management.
Requirements- Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred.
- Experience with hospitality strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build excellent working relationships with clients.
- Understanding of World Class Customer Experience.
- Basic selling skills and techniques.
- Experience working within a high-performing team.
- IT literate and adaptable to change.
- Maintain confidentiality at the highest level.
