Client Experience Host

Summary

The Client Experience Host delivers world class client service in a showroom environment, using excellent communication and hospitality skills to welcome clients, support Sales Consultants, and maintain client experience stations. The role involves researching client interests to personalize experiences, ensuring showroom housekeeping and compliance with company procedures, and acting as a primary point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide a World Class Client Experience to all clients.
• Welcome clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Use CRM to facilitate unique client experiences based on individual interests.
• Support Sales Consultants within the showroom and VIP room.
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking.
• Maintain showroom housekeeping standards and ensure stations are well stocked.
• Attend departmental meetings and represent the showroom.
• Recommend operational improvements and ensure systems and data confidentiality.
• Complete duties assigned by management and required training.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships with clients.
• Hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Jewelry or watch product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Positive, well presented, and client focused attitude.
• Willingness to complete e learning and other training.
