Client Relations Manager - OC Metro

Summary

The Client Relations Manager for the OC Metro leads client-focused initiatives to drive high-end and VIC business across the market, partnering with store leadership to strengthen client retention, recruit high-potential clients, and deliver elevated client experiences. The role supports team development, ensures execution of High-End strategies and product launches, and leverages data and digital tools to grow long-term client relationships and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive High-End sales through in-person and virtual appointments with VIC and high-potential clients
• Partner with store leadership to strengthen client retention and recruit new clients
• Lead client-focused initiatives and in-store activations
• Support execution of product launches and merchandising priorities
• Develop and support team members including Client Advisors and VIC Ambassadors
• Leverage data, market insights, and digital tools to grow client relationships
• Provide personalized styling, look books, and tailored client experiences
• Represent the Maison professionally while hosting clients in-store and externally

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail or client relations, with managerial responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to drive high-end sales and client recruitment
• Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and cultural insights
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for in-person and virtual interactions
• Ability to collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams
• Comfort using digital tools and data to inform client strategies
• Professional demeanor and knowledge of local lifestyle and cultural offerings
